Skycrest Car Rentals provides weekly vehicle rental services in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. Our services include vehicle rental, insurance coverage, and vehicle maintenance for the duration of your rental agreement. Specific rental terms, pricing, deposit requirements, and vehicle availability are subject to change and will be confirmed during the application and approval process.
4. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Skycrest Car Rentals, you must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and meet our approval criteria. Additional documentation may be required during the application process. Skycrest Car Rentals reserves the right to deny service to any applicant at our sole discretion.
5. Lead Form Submissions
When you submit an application or inquiry through our website, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and other relevant information. By submitting this form, you consent to being contacted by Skycrest Car Rentals regarding your inquiry or rental application via phone, email, or text message at the number and email address you provided.

Program Description
By opting in to the Skycrest Car Rentals SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Skycrest Car Rentals. These messages may include, but are not limited to: rental application status updates, appointment reminders, vehicle availability notifications, payment reminders, promotional offers, and customer service communications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity.
Opt-In
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our website forms, or by texting a keyword to our number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Skycrest Car Rentals at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Payment Terms
Rental rates, deposit amounts, and payment schedules will be communicated during the application and approval process. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon rental terms. Late payments may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement at Skycrest Car Rentals' discretion.
8. Vehicle Use and Responsibility
Renters are responsible for the proper care and use of the rented vehicle. Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. Unauthorized modifications, subletting, or use of the vehicle for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited. Renters are responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period.
9. Insurance
Insurance coverage is included in your weekly rental rate. The specific terms, coverage limits, and conditions of the insurance policy will be provided during the rental agreement process. Renters are responsible for reporting any accidents or damage to the vehicle immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skycrest Car Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, or any vehicle rented from us. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skycrest Car Rentals, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
Skycrest Car Rentals reserves the right to terminate or suspend your rental agreement or access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, the rented vehicle must be returned immediately in accordance with the rental agreement terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
